A Longitudinal Measure of the Perceptual Impact of a Cultural Diversity Teaching Practicum on the Interpersonal Competency of Student Teachers
Student teachers in agricultural education (n=18) and family and consumer sciences (n=6) completed a multicultural attitudes survey before, immediately after, and 1 year after a practicum in a diverse setting. Their greatest gain was in teacher-student relationships. (SK)
